  2. Based on your input on our check list indicating the location, the size, the amenities you desire and the price range, we will compile a list and only show you the properties that fit your criteria.
  3. We check the value versus the asking price for the property you want and we will negotiate for the price you are willing to accept.
  4. We will handle all the paper work necessary for you to apply for financing at your bank or other financial sources.
  5. Closing the sale – We will go with you to the bank if you wish for us to help with the final closing of your loan.

OUR FIVE STEP PLAN for selling your home:

  1. Preparing your property to show – First impressions could make or break the sale. You can copy our “Selling Your Home Check List” of things to look for and correct before you show it to the first potential buyer.
  2. Have your home appraised – We can help you in this process. We need to know the approximate value of your home to establish an “asking price”.  Again it would be wise to check our check list and enhance the property before you have it appraised.
  3. Advertising and promotion – We will list your property in all our advertising promotions, our web site, the Homes Magazine, and with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  4. Filling out all the necessary forms– Regardless of the method in which your buyer plans to finance the purchase of your home, we have the necessary forms to complete the transaction. We will explain each entry on the forms for you to understand all the details before you sign them.
  5. Closing the sale – We will go with you to the financial institution to help you finalize the sale.
